How do I join Pond Club
All you have to do is pick up a card from The Duck on the Pond. You can check your statements and receive exclusive bonus points and promotions by email, be kept up-to-date with all our new offers, promotions and receive protection for your card against loss, theft or damage.
When can I start collecting points?
You can start collecting points the moment you pick up a card, even if you have not yet registered online.
How do I collect Pond Club card points?
You can collect points on every food and drink purchase at The Duck on the Pond.
How do I spend Pond Club card points?
Each point equals 5p when redeemed against a purchase. When you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them against your selected food or drink. For example, 100 points = £5.00.
Once I have registered, will you keep my personal details safe?
Yes absolutely. We will not sell or give your details to anyone else, and they will be stored on our secure server.
Can I redeem some points as partial payment?
Points cannot be earned when making a purchase with redeemed points. You must have sufficient points to pay in full for a purchase if you wish to redeem points. Points cannot be earned when making a purchase with redeemed points.
Which food and drinks can I redeem against?
You can redeem your points on ANY product sold in The Duck on the Pond, including salads, hot food, and any drinks and snacks.
Can I protect the points balance on my Pond Club card?
Yes. To secure against loss or theft all you need to do is register your card online.
Can I register more than one Pond Club card at the same time?
No, you can only be registered for your card. A club card can only be registered to an individual.
Does my Pond Club card have an expiry date?
No, however if we notice a Pond Club card that has not been used for more than a year, we reserve the right to close the account and the points will be lost.
